I've been on Thyroid (Armour) 5gr (300mg) Tabs for a few months now, and I wanted to share my experience. This medication has been a game-changer for me. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. However, I have experienced some side effects, especially in the beginning. I've had some hair loss, which my doctor reassured me is temporary. I also had some trouble sleeping and felt a bit jittery at times. Anyone else experience anything similar? How did you manage it? Have any of you had problems with tolerance or switching to synthetic hormones? I want to hear from anyone who has been on this medication for a long time. Especially those who have been on it long term. How did it compare to any synthetic versions you may have tried? Are there any other ways to monitor my levels or should I just stick with the standard blood tests? I would love to hear any tips or advice you have.

I've been on Armour for a few years now and it's been a lifesaver. I started with 60mg, but now I'm up to 90mg. My only issue is that I have to take it with food or I get really nauseous. Has anyone else had this issue? I also take a lot of vitamins in the morning, so I've had to figure out a system. I'd really like to hear more from people who have been on Armour for a while. Are there any long-term side effects I should be worried about? I've been on it for two years, and I'm feeling great. I feel like I have more energy, and my skin is so much better. My doctor said that I could eventually try talking to my doctor about stopping Armour. You all do what you have to do, but for me I see no reason to stop. But I might just be lucky.

I've been on Armour for years and it's made a world of difference. Just make sure to get your blood work done regularly. YMMV with side effects, but I got lucky and didn't experience much. My only complaint is the cost, but it's worth it for me. I found that taking it with food helps with any stomach issues.

I've been on Armour for a while and I love it. I feel so much better than I did on synthetic hormones. I do have to be careful with my dosage, though. If I take too much, I get really jittery and my heart races. But if I take too little, I'm back to feeling like a zombie. It's a fine line, but I'd rather be on Armour than anything else. Plus, I'm a hardgainer. I have to really push it to gain weight, much less muscle. I was expecting some side effects, but nothing like my doctor mentioned. I'm curious, how many pills do you all take a day? I take 3 90mg pills, daily. I also take a lot of high-quality supplements to support my thyroid. Turkey Tail, Ashwagandha, Selenium, B12, Magnesium, and a multivitamin. I would love to hear more about everyone's experiences with Armour and any tips you have!

I feel like I'm the only one who didn't get any benefits from Armour. I've been on it for 3 months, and I still feel exhausted all the time. Should I talk to my doctor about switching back to Synthroid?
