I recently started taking Tirosint 13mcg Capsules to manage my hypothyroidism. I've been dealing with fatigue, weight gain, and feeling constantly cold, so I'm hoping this medication will help. I've read that Tirosint is a type of levothyroxine, which is meant to replace the hormones my thyroid isn't producing properly. Has anyone else had good or bad experiences with this medication? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any uncommon side effects people have encountered. I want to make sure I'm prepared for anything. If you could share your story or any tips for managing side effects it would be really helpful.

Be careful with the dosage. I started with 13mcg and had to increase it over time. It's important to work closely with your endocrinologist to find the right balance. I experienced some anxiety and mood swings at first, but they subsided once my dosage was adjusted.

I think everyone's experience is different, but I've heard a lot of good things about Tirosint. Just don't be afraid to speak up if you feel any of the side effects. It's better to address it sooner than later and the doctors are there to help.

I had a weird reaction to Tirosint. I developed a rash and had trouble breathing. Turns out I was allergic to one of the inactive ingredients. Always good to be aware of those hidden issues!

I had no clue this could affect menstrual cycles. It’s been a bit confusing to deal with, but my doctor explained it's because hormones can fluctuate until everything balances out. It’s a bummer but better than feeling like a zombie.
