I was recently prescribed Tirosint 75mcg Capsules to manage my hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine has been a game-changer for me in regulating my energy levels and metabolism. The transition was smooth, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being. However, I've experienced some side effects like hair loss and mood changes, which I've heard are common. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this medication? It would be great to hear from others about their journey with Tirosint 75mcg. I'm also curious about how long the side effects typically last and if there are any strategies to mitigate them.

I think it's important to monitor your symptoms closely. I had to adjust my dosage a few times before finding the right balance. Also, make sure to take it on an empty stomach for better absorption.

I had a severe reaction to Tirosint – swelling in my throat and trouble breathing. It was terrifying. I ended up in the ER and had to switch to a different medication. Be careful and know the signs of an allergic reaction.

I've been on Tirosint for a while now, and it's been great for my energy levels. The hair loss was scary at first, but my doctor assured me it's usually temporary. Definitely stick with it if you're seeing improvements.

Tirosint has been a lifesaver for me. I had severe fatigue and brain fog before starting it and I definitely feel more like myself. I had to wait about 6 weeks to see any changes and was also really happy to hear the hair loss is temporary. I took it in the morning with no issues.

I also followed up with my doctor regularly. She advised me to take it every morning at the same time to keep levels stable. This seems to have helped a lot with side effects.

Has anyone else noticed changes in menstrual periods? I've had some irregular cycles since starting Tirosint.

Be careful with Tirosint, I've heard it can cause anxiety and insomnia. I switched back to Synthroid because of these side effects. Just something to be aware of.
