Hey everyone, I've been on Tirosint-SOL 100mcg/ml Oral Sol for a few months now to manage my hypothyroidism, and I've had some ups and downs. I thought I'd share my experience and see if anyone else has been through similar things. I started noticing a difference in my energy levels pretty quickly, but I've also had some side effects that have been a bit challenging. I've seen some other posts about hair loss but I haven't really had that problem. I did experience muscle cramps and had a bit of trouble sleeping. I have been monitoring everything closely with my doctor. Anyone else having similar issues? How are you managing them? I'd love to hear some tips or just know I'm not alone!

I've got to say, my experience has been pretty good. I did have a little brain fog and insomnia in the beginning, but it didn't last too long. I did have a bit of an issue with skin changes, but it was so minimal that I decided to tough it out. I did take some supplements to help.

I'm a newbie to this medication, so I'm still in the early stages of monitoring side effects. Couple questions - how long did it take for your bodies to accept the medication, and how long did it take for the side effects to show up if they did?

I just want to say it is important to keep close track of your side effects and the symptoms you are feeling. I kept a journal of what I was feeling at different points in the day and it really helped my doctor help me. He was also able to adjust my dosage accordingly.

I had an allergic reaction to Tirosint-SOL. I started breaking out in hives and had trouble breathing. Scary stuff, but I switched to a different medication and I'm doing much better now. Be careful and listen to your body.

I took Tirosint-Sol for a while, but I found that it just didn't work for me. I am a bit of an extreme case, but my heart started feeling funny, and I kept getting these strange muscle spasms. I'm not one to let something like this just pass, so I called my doctor and he had me switch to something else. I haven't had any issues since.

I feel like I've tried every thyroid medication out there, and Tirosint-SOL has been the most effective for me. I haven't had any major side effects, just a bit of anxiety at first, but that went away. I just wish the taste wasn't so bad.

I had a really bad experience with Tirosint-Sol. I gained so much weight! I made the mistake of not monitoring my intake as closely as I should have and I think that is what threw me off. I didn't realize it was happening until I was 10 pounds overweight. I called my doctor and he helped me switch to a different thyroid medication. I've been fine since but I've also been much more vigilant with my intake.

I've been on Tirosint-SOL for a while and I agree that it's a game-changer for energy levels. I did experience hair loss, but my doctor said it was normal and temporary. It's almost back to normal now.
