Hey everyone, I've been using Tobramycin 300mg/5ml Inh Sol 5ml for a few months now to treat a persistent lung infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. I'm really curious to hear from others who have used this medication. How has it worked for you? Have you experienced any significant side effects like the ones listed in the simplified description, or have they been manageable? I've had a few mild side effects like a headache and increased sputum production, but nothing too severe. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience or if there are any tips for minimizing these side effects. Also, has anyone had to deal with any of the serious side effects mentioned? It's a bit scary to think about, and I'd love to hear how others have coped. Additionally, how does this medication work with other treatments for cystic fibrosis? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone else noticed improvements in their breathing after starting Tobramycin? I felt a significant difference within a few weeks. Like others, I've had some throat discomfort, but it's worth it for the relief from infections. Also, be sure to follow the dosing instructions carefully. I made the mistake of skipping a dose once and it set me back a bit.

I've been on Tobramycin for a while and it's been a game-changer for my lung infections. The side effects were manageable for me—mostly a sore throat and some coughing. Just make sure to stay hydrated and take breaks if you need to. I've had to deal with some changes in taste, but it's nothing compared to the improvement in my breathing! Do you use a specific nebulizer that you recommend? I've got a good one, but I'm always looking for tips on keeping it clean and effective.

I'd recommend keeping a log of how you feel each day—it really helps in tracking progress and side effects.

Tobramycin has been a lifesaver for me. I've had cystic fibrosis for years and this has been one of the most effective treatments. Be prepared for a bit of a learning curve with the nebulizer, but it gets easier. Also, I've found that taking it at night helps me sleep better. 10/10 would recommend.

I've heard that some people have issues with kidney problems. Has anyone here experienced that? It's a bit concerning.

I had trouble with the nebulizer at first, but once I got the hang of it, everything was smooth sailing. The key is to find one that's easy to use and clean.
