Anxious about the hair loss, but I've heard it grows back after treatment. I've managed the nausea and vomiting with anti-nausea meds and eating smaller, more frequent meals. As for the fatigue, it's tough, but my doctor suggested some gentle exercise and resting when needed. Also, look into the FDA's MedWatch system. I had some issues with nausea and vomiting at the beginning, but my doctor offered some tips to reduce the symptoms.
