I've been prescribed Tramadol ER 100mg Tablets for managing my chronic pain. This extended-release medication has significantly improved my quality of life by providing round-the-clock relief. However, I've experienced some side effects, and I'm curious about others' experiences. Has anyone else dealt with issues like dizziness, drowsiness, or more severe reactions? Do any of you have experience with serotonin syndrome or Stevens-Johnson Syndrome? How did you manage these side effects, and what advice would you give to someone starting this medication? I want to hear from everyone, whether you've had good, bad, or mixed experiences.

I've heard that Tramadol ER can cause seizures in some people. I had no idea until reading this thread. It's scary because I've experienced seizures before.

I had a bad reaction to Tramadol ER and ended up in the ER with severe constipation and stomach pain. Turns out, I had a bowel obstruction. If you experience severe abdominal pain, don't wait—get medical help ASAP.

I've been taking Tramadol ER for a few months now, and I've had more luck with the ER version than with immediate-release Tramadol. I still get some drowsiness and fatigue, but it's manageable. I've heard that extended-release formulas can sometimes cause more constipation, so I've started taking stool softeners as a precaution.

I've been on Tramadol ER for a while and I've noticed that it makes me really sleepy, but it helps with the pain. Just be careful if you're driving or operating heavy machinery. I've almost fallen asleep at the wheel a few times.

I switched from immediate-release Tramadol to the ER version and it's made a huge difference. I used to have to take pills multiple times a day, but now I only need one. Plus, the side effects are much easier to manage.

Has anyone else had issues with low sodium levels? I've been feeling really confused and weak lately, and I'm wondering if it's related to the medicine.

Be careful with this stuff. I read about serotonin syndrome and it sounds terrifying. If you're taking other medications, definitely talk to your doctor first.

Does anyone else feel like this medication just doesn't work as well as it should? I've been dealing with constant fatigue and weakness, and it's starting to impact my daily life. I'm not sure if it's the meds or something else.

I've been on Tramadol ER for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my back pain. I did experience some dizziness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. The extended-release formula has been great for keeping my pain under control without needing multiple doses throughout the day. If you're just starting, give it a few weeks to adjust.
