I've had some weird side effects from Tramadol ER. One time, I thought I was going crazy—I was absolutely sure I could see things moving in my peripheral vision, but then it turned out I was just hallucinating. I had to stop taking it immediately. Just be aware that serotonin syndrome is a real risk!
