I've been using Trelegy Ellipta for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my COPD. The once-daily dose is convenient, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my breathing. However, I've also experienced some side effects, like a mild headache and occasional throat irritation. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. What side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? Additionally, I'm interested in hearing about long-term use and any potential benefits or drawbacks that come with extended periods on this medication.

I’ve been using Trelegy for about 6 months now. I've noticed that my breathing has improved significantly, and I haven't had any major side effects. The most annoying thing is the occasional headache, but it's usually gone by the next day. I also keep a close watch on my potassium levels because that can be an issue with this med. I'm glad I have a trustworthy doctor to keep an eye on things.

Not sure what to make of Trelegy. I’ve had issues with my blood pressure, and I’ve heard that this med can cause it to spike. I’m curious if anyone else has had this problem.

I've been on Trelegy for a while now and the only issue is I do feel a bit jittery sometimes. It's not too bad though. I've also noticed my blood sugar levels have spiked once or twice, but I've managed to keep it under control by adjusting my diet and blood sugar medication dosage. It's not perfect, but it's better than the constant breathing problems I had before.

I switched to Trelegy from Advair, and the difference is night and day. I had a bad reaction from the Advair which included a sudden rise in my blood pressure. Trelegy has been a lot more gentle on my system, though I do get a bit of throat pain. I take lots of water and eat something soon after and it gets better.

I've been on Trelegy for about a year now, and it's been great for managing my COPD. The biggest downside for me has been the occasional mouth and throat irritation, which I've managed by rinsing my mouth after use and staying hydrated. I've also noticed that I get an occasional headache, but it's manageable with over-the-counter meds. Overall, I'd highly recommend this med.
