I recently started using Tremfya for my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. It's been a game-changer in terms of reducing inflammation and joint pain. However, I've had some concerns about the side effects, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else experienced anything unexpected? What are some common side effects others have faced? I'm also curious about how it compares to other treatments like Enbrel or Stelara. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated

How does everyone feel about the long-term effects of Tremfya? I know it's relatively new, so there isn't much data on long-term use. It's a bit worrying, to be honest.

I've had Tremfya for a month now and it has been working well for my psoriasis. Finally, something that's given me that clear skin I've been dreaming of for years. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have some anxiety about the serious side effects though. My doctor recommended what to look out for, like signs of infection, but I constantly worry about it. Anyone else stressing out about this?

What's the difference between the side effects of Tremfya and other biologics? I've heard mixed reviews and I'm wondering if it's worth the switch.

I've been on Tremfya for about six months now, and it's honestly been a lifesaver. I had some initial injection site reactions, but they were minor and went away quickly. No serious side effects here, just a few cold symptoms that I might have gotten anyway.

Tremfya has been a blessing for my Crohn's disease. It's reduced my inflammation significantly, and I haven't had any major side effects yet. I did have some joint pain at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

I think we should also talk about how expensive this medication is. It's a miracle drug, sure, but who can afford it without insurance? I’m struggling with the cost and I can't imagine what people without insurance are doing. It's frustrating that there's no generic version yet.

I've been on Tremfya for a while now, and honestly, the injection site reactions have been the worst part. They're not too bad, but they’re annoying. I've learned to apply an ice pack before injecting and that helps a lot. Also, rotating injection sites helps too. Have others found any tips to make these easier?

I switched to Tremfya from Enbrel because my doctor thought it might be more effective. So far, it's been working great, but I've had to be really careful about infections. I've had a couple of colds that seemed to last forever, and my doctor warned me about the risk of herpes infections. So far so good, but it's something to watch out for!

I've been on Tremfya for a few months and it's been a game changer for my PsA. No more constant pain and stiffness. I will say that right after my first injection I felt off, like I had the flu. I didn't mention it to my doctor because it only lasted for a few hours, but I did experience it again with my third injection. I just wanted to mention it in case someone else experiences it too.
