I've been using the Tresiba Flextouch Pen (U-100) for the past six months to manage my Type 1 diabetes, and I've found it to be a game-changer. The convenience of the once-daily injection has made a big difference in my routine. However, I've had some challenges with injection site reactions and low blood sugar episodes. I'm wondering if others have similar experiences and any tips for managing these side effects? Also, has anyone noticed any long-term benefits or drawbacks from using Tresiba Flextouch Pen (U-100)?

Is anyone else experiencing trouble with the pen itself? I've had a few issues with it not dispensing the right dose. Has anyone else had this problem, or am I just having bad luck? I might have to give them a call about it.

I have been using this for a few months myself, and it has been a life saver. Always keep your glucose tabs handy. One time, I got caught at the gym and wasn't prepared to treat the symptoms. Lesson learned there.

I tried to use this for my 90 year old mother and my 5 year old daughter and it was a disaster. Adderall and birch pollen didn't mix well in the end!

I'm new to Tresiba but I know this is an issue for a lot of people. I've started eating more vegetables and cutting down on carbs. The dietitian I work with helped me cut calories but keep protein high.

I've been on Tresiba for a while now, and I've had some issues with injection site reactions too. I've found that rotating injection sites every few days helps a lot. Also, using a new needle for each injection can reduce irritation.

The once-a-day dosage is fantastic, but I've had to be really diligent about monitoring my blood sugar. I've had a few lows that were scary but the glucose tabs saved me. My doctor told me to take the tabs first and call them if symptoms didn't go away.

Be prepared for some odd side effects and just keep your eyes open. Some weird things happen when you start a new insulin, and it takes time to adjust. I got a weird rash after injecting in my thighs.

I've noticed that Tresiba seems to work better for me at night. My blood sugar levels have been much more stable overnight since I switched to this insulin. I'm sleeping better than ever and I think my A1C is improving.

I had to switch from my breakfast regimen to lunch regimen. It was a little frustrating, but I started to track my blood sugar levels and the results are getting better. Overall, I think I might be feeling a little lighter too at the moment.
