I've been prescribed Triazolam 0.125mg tablets for short-term insomnia treatment. I've heard mixed reviews about this medication, and I'm concerned about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones like anxiety and memory loss. Has anyone tried this before? How did it work for you? Did you experience any significant side effects? Are there any alternatives that work just as well without the risk? I'd love to hear from anyone with experience, good or bad, or any advice on managing the side effects.

I've been on Triazolam for a week and my wife is noticing confusion and memory issues. Plus, I can’t do my morning yoga without falling over. I’m going to try something else as it’s not worth it. I'll let you know what I end up doing.

I've had a really bad experience with Triazolam. It worsened my anxiety and I had some pretty terrifying hallucinations. I immediately stopped taking it and reported the side effects to my doctor. Not worth the risk for me. I'm now trying melatonin and it seems to be working much better for me.

I've tried Triazolam, but the side effects were too much. I've found that a combination of melatonin and valerian root works well for me with fewer side effects.

No way I ever do benzodiazepines again. I got addicted to Triazolam after only a month of use. It's scary how quickly it can happen. I'm all about the natural remedies now. I've heard Ambien is even worse to quit.

I've been using Triazolam for a few months now and haven't experienced any significant side effects. It helps me sleep through the night, and I wake up feeling rested. I do experience some drowsiness the next day, but it's manageable. Maybe you should give it a bit more time before switching to alternatives. But it's always a personal choice.

Heard some people having trouble with Triazolam. I didn’t know CBT-I was an option but it sounds interesting. I’ll check that out next time I don’t get a good nights sleep.

Hey, I've been on Triazolam for a few weeks now. It definitely helps me fall asleep faster, but I wake up feeling groggy and disoriented. I've also noticed some memory issues and confusion. It's like my brain isn't quite awake. Has anyone else experienced this morning anxiety? Wanting to give it up due to the side effects.

Likewise, this drug helped me get some zzzs but the side effects took me by surprise. I've encountered memory issues, a constant state of dizziness and extreme fatigue. I've swapped it out with CBD oil which thus far seems to work just as well and much better on my body.

Triazolam worked well for me initially, but the side effects started to outweigh the benefits. I tried a few alternatives and found that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) was a game-changer. No side effects, and I've learned long-term strategies to manage my sleep issues. Definitely worth checking out as an alternative.

Side effects are definitely a risk with Triazolam. But as a last resort before trying something more natural, it might be worth it. Otherwise, I'd stop taking it right away.
