I was recently prescribed Tribenzor 40/10/12.5mg Tablets for my high blood pressure, but I'm a bit wary of the potential side effects listed. I'm not sure if the benefits outweigh the risks. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? What side effects did you encounter, and how did you handle them? Are there any tips or tricks to mitigate the risks? I'd really appreciate some guidance from those who've been on this journey before. I'm also curious if anyone has had to switch medications due to these side effects or if anyone has any alternatives they'd recommend.

You know what sucks? The extreme fatigue and muscle weakness that came with this. I felt like a zombie for the first month. Then it got better, but The muscle weakness still bothers me a bit.

I felt like I was failing a drug test. Tribenzor gave me some crazy side effects. Dizziness, headaches, even joint pain. My doc switched me to something else, and I've never felt better.

I've been on Tribenzor for about six months now. The first few weeks were tough with some dizziness and fatigue, but it's gotten much better. Make sure to stay hydrated and listen to your body. And always talk to your doctor if things get too bad.

This medication saved my life. My blood pressure was through the roof, and this combo brought it down. I've had no major side effects, just some mild headaches.

I switched to Tribenzor from another BP med and noticed a huge difference. My BP is much better controlled, but I did experience some of the electrolyte issues listed. Make sure you get your bloodwork done regularly to monitor your electrolytes; it’s super important. Also, drink plenty of water, take it easy when starting, and if you feel like crap talk to your doc ASAP.

My doc kept reminding me. If you experience any serious side effects like severe allergic reactions, kidney problems, or eye issues, get to the ER ASAP. Don't mess around with this stuff. But seriously, if you have any questions about Tribenzor, just ask your doctor. They know best.

Its the hydrochlorothiazide that worries me. I’ve read way too many horror stories about it. I need to find a different BP med.
