I've been taking Doxycycline Hyclate 75mg DR Tb for acne for a few weeks now. It's helped a lot, but I've been experiencing some pretty bad headaches and occasional stomach issues. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar side effects and how they dealt with them. I'm also curious if anyone knows if these side effects will go away once I finish my course of antibiotics. Any insights are appreciated!

This stuff is a lifesaver for my acne, but the headaches were brutal. My doctor switched me to a different antibiotic and the headaches went away. Worth a shot if you're struggling.

I got super paranoid about the increased pressure in the brain side effect. Like, what if I go blind? But my doctor assured me it's rare and I should be fine. Just keep an eye out for vision changes.

I took Doxycycline for rosacea and had some weird vision issues for a few days. Scary stuff, but it went away after I stopped taking it. Definitely talk to your doctor about it.

I had the same issue with headaches. My doctor suggested taking it with food and it helped a lot. Also, stay hydrated!

I had a friend who took this and ended up with a yeast infection. Gross, I know. But worth mentioning since it's a potential side effect. Keep an eye out for that!

I took it for a UTI and had some weird skin changes. Turns out it can make you more sensitive to the sun. Wear sunscreen, people!

Doxycycline saved my skin but the diarrhea was awful. My doctor prescribed some probiotics and that helped a lot. Fingers crossed you feel better soon!

I've been on it for a few months now and haven't had any major issues. Just the occasional upset stomach, but nothing too bad. I take it with a meal and that seems to help.

Be careful with this stuff, people. I had a pretty severe reaction and ended up in the hospital. Turns out I was allergic. If you start feeling weird, don't tough it out.

I had to stop taking it because of the severe panic from a side effect. It wasn't mentioned to me when prescribed and I just had to figure it out on my own. Maybe this will help someone else.
