I was on Paxil CR for a few months and it helped with my depression, but the weight loss was intense. I lost about 15 pounds in two months without even trying. It wasn't really a good experience for me.
I had to switch off Paxil CR because of severe dizziness. It was unbearable and made daily activities really hard. I felt off balance and super dizzy all the time. It wasn't worth it for me, but I know it can work for others.
