I've been on Triphasil Tablets 28 for a few months now, and while it's been effective for birth control, I've experienced some side effects that have me concerned. I've had mild headaches, occasional nausea, and some spotting between periods. I've also noticed some mood swings, which is new for me. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Are these side effects worth sticking it out, or should I consider switching to a different birth control method? I've heard that some people experience more severe side effects, like blood clots or high blood pressure, and I'm worried about potential long-term risks. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I've heard that some people have trouble with weight gain. Remember to exercise and eat right. Can't blame everything on the pill!

You should definitely discuss these side effects with your doctor. They might be able to suggest lifestyle changes or other remedies to help alleviate some of the side effects you are experiencing. If they are severe, they may even suggest a different birth control or alternative options.

Birth control side effects are always hard to predict. Some people get lucky and have no issues, while others suffer. Definitely talk to your doctor and do some research if things get worse.

I switched to Triphasil from another pill and the mood swings were intense for the first few months. After a while, it got better. But I did have to deal with some weird headaches. If you're considering switching, maybe try a different brand of pill instead? It might help with the side effects.

I've been on it for 6 months and have experienced no side effects at all. People react differently to medications.
