I've been trying to quit smoking for what feels like the hundredth time, and my doctor recommended giving Nicotine 2mg Mini Mint Lozenges a shot. Has anyone used these before? I'm curious about your experiences. Did they help you quit, or were the side effects too much to handle? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any serious side effects people might have encountered. I've read the list, but real-life experiences can be much different from what's written on a package. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I had a really bad experience with these. I started getting these awful migraines that I've never had before. I didn't put two and two together at first, but as soon as I stopped using the lozenges, the migraines stopped. Be careful, and if you start feeling any serious side effects, definitely go see a doctor.

I tried them and hated them. The mint flavor was too strong and made me feel nauseous the whole time. Plus, I got this weird tingling sensation in my mouth that wouldn't go away. Maybe it was just me, but I switched to the gum and it was much better.

I had terrible diarrhea and upset stomach when I first started these. I stuck with it for a few days because I was determined, but then I got a horrible headache and decided to give up.

I used these when I quit smoking last year. They were a lifesaver! They helped me avoid the worst of the withdrawal symptoms, and I loved the mint flavor. I did have some slight nausea in the beginning, but that went away after a while. Stick with them, and you'll be surprised how much easier it gets.

I used these and they worked for me, but I had to be careful not to eat or drink anything for at least 15 minutes afterward. It was kind of a pain, but it helped me quit so it was worth it.

I had trouble sleeping in the beginning, and I got a lot of bad dreams. It was kind of awful, but I think it's because I was going through withdrawal. Stick with it, though, because it gets better.

These lozenges were the worst idea ever. I ended up in the hospital because of a severe allergic reaction. I had no idea I was allergic to mint. If you experience a rash or difficulty breathing, go to the ER immediately.

I've been using these for a few weeks now, and they've definitely helped with the cravings. I do get a little nervous and excitable sometimes, but it's manageable. Good luck to everyone trying to quit!

I don't get how these are supposed to help. I felt like I was just sucking on candy all day. I couldn't tell if it was helping or not, and it was just weird. I might give something else a shot because I did not notice any difference.

I'm on day 10 and I'm having a hard time. I'm getting mouth irritation, but it's better than the withdrawals. I'm doing this! Just need a little encouragement.
