Has anyone been prescribed Tyvaso DPI for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)? I've recently started using it and I'm curious about others' experiences. How has it impacted your ability to exercise and manage symptoms like shortness of breath? Have you encountered any significant side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? I'm particularly interested in hearing from those who have been on it for a while. Additionally, any tips on using the inhaler device would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for sharing your insights!

I've only just started using Tyvaso DPI. Very open to any advice on how to use the inhaler, my doctor didn't explain it too well.

How often do you use the inhaler? I've heard it can be a bit tricky to use. Any tips for getting the technique right?

The side effects can be a pain, but they're manageable if you stay in close contact with your doctor. I had some serious jaw pain at first, but it went away after a few weeks.

I've been on Tyvaso DPI for about 6 months now, and it's been a game changer. My exercise tolerance has improved drastically, and the shortness of breath is much more manageable. The downside is the frequent dosing, 4 times a day, but it's worth it for the improvement in my quality of life.

I was really nervous about starting Tyvaso DPI because of the side effects, but it hasn’t been too bad for me. I get a little dizzy sometimes, but nothing too awful. If you're on the fence, definitely give it a shot and stay in touch with your doctor.

My mom has been using Tyvaso, and we've got this routine down. We set a reminder for every 2 months for doctor visits and make sure her blood pressure is monitored closely. It's a lot of work, but she really does feel better.

This stuff is amazing, I'm so thankful for it. I've had PAH for 5 years and this is the first treatment that's really made a difference. I can finally keep up with my grandkids again.

I've been using Tyvaso DPI for over a year now. It's not perfect, but it's helped me tremendously. I still get short of breath sometimes, but it's nothing compared to what it was like before. I've also found that monitoring my blood pressure regularly helps me stay on top of any potential issues.

I had a really rough time with the side effects at first. Lots of dizziness and flushing, but my doctor adjusted the dosage and it got better. Definitely talk to your doctor if you feel anything like that

Just a heads-up, make sure you're using the inhaler correctly. It can be a bit fiddly, but once you get the hang of it, it's much easier. The support group I'm part of had a doctor come in and do a demo and it really helped a lot of us.
