I've been struggling with extremely dry, rough, and scaly skin for years, and nothing seemed to help. A friend recommended Urea 39% Cream, and I decided to give it a try. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed significant improvements. My skin feels softer and looks healthier. It's amazing how well it moisturizes and exfoliates at the same time. I've read about potential side effects, but so far, I've only experienced a bit of mild burning, which went away quickly. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this cream. Has anyone experienced serious side effects? Also, any tips on how to incorporate it into a daily skincare routine?

Technically, it's a topical medication because it's helping to treat a condition by softening the skin and removing dead cells. But yeah, it's a moisturizer too.

I wish I had known about this earlier. I've been suffering with eczema and this might have helped.

Be careful with this stuff. I used it on my face and ended up with a rash. Turns out I was allergic.

I didn't know about the serious side effects until I read this post, But it seems rare. Thanks for the heads up!

I've found that mixing this cream with a bit of petroleum jelly helps to lock in more moisture. Just a tip for those with really dry skin.
