I had severe constipation after taking Panadol 500mg for a few days. It was miserable. I switched to ibuprofen and haven't looked back.

I wish more people would read the labels on their medications. You never know what you might be allergic to until it's too late.

The FDA has a system for reporting side effects. If you experience something unusual, definitely report it. They collect the data to make our meds safer.

It's scary how many people don't realize that acetaminophen can cause liver problems. Always follow the dosage instructions and don't exceed the recommended amount. I didn't know that it was 3000mg/day till a few months back. As a chronic pain patient I've had to learn my lesson the hard way. It's easy to accidentally overdose. Many pain meds have acetaminophen in them too, so be sure to check the labels.

Did you know that acetaminophen can interact with other medications? It's something to keep in mind, especially if you're taking multiple meds. Had no idea till a simple knee pain got me into trouble. I had to change my regular meds when it was pointed out that acetaminophen would cause an allergic reaction.

I think it's important to note that while Panadol 500mg is generally safe, it's not without risks. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new medication, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

I'm surprised more people aren't talking about the potential for severe skin reactions. It's rare, but it happens. If you notice any blistering or peeling skin, get to a doctor ASAP.

I had a bad reaction to acetaminophen once. I got a rash and had trouble breathing. Had to go to the ER. Never taking it again.
