I'm curious to hear from others who have tried Ustekinumab-Ttwe (Stelara) for Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. I've just started my treatment journey with this medication, and I'm eager to learn more about the experiences of others who have gone through the initial IV infusion and subsequent injections. What can I expect in terms of side effects? How has the medication worked for you in managing your symptoms? Were the infusions manageable, and what tips do you have for dealing with the injections at home? Your personal experiences and any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, so many side effects to watch out for! Guess I'll be keeping a close eye on any unusual symptoms. Anyone else had issues with skin lumps? That sounds scary.

This drug has been a miracle for my UC. The side effects were minimal for me, mostly just some fatigue and mild headaches. But the relief from my symptoms was worth it. Stay vigilant about signs of infection, though – that’s crucial!

Have any of you tried Stelara for psoriasis? I hear it's really good for that too! If anyone has any info, I'd love to know. Thanks!

I had a bit of a reaction to the initial infusion – flushing and dizziness. My doctor made some adjustments, and I've been okay since. The injections are easy enough to handle at home, just remember to rotate sites to avoid irritation. Stay hydrated, too – it helps with the occasional fatigue.
