Vanacof DM Liquid - Does this cough syrup work, or is it just a placebo?
I've been using Vanacof DM Liquid for the past few days to deal with a stubborn cough and stuffed nose. The box says it combines Guaifenesin, Dextromethorphan, and Phenylephrine to tackle mucus, cough, and congestion. I've taken similar medicines in the past, but this one feels different. Has anyone else tried this, and if so, what are your thoughts? Does it genuinely help, or am I just imagining it? Also, has anyone experienced any side effects, like dizziness or trouble sleeping? I've been feeling a bit off since I started taking it, but not sure if it's the medicine or just the cold.

I've been using Vanacof DM for a few weeks now, and it's been a lifesaver. The combination of ingredients really does seem to work well together. I've had no side effects, and my congestion has cleared up significantly.
I tried this and ended up with a rash and itching. Not worth the risk for me. I'm sticking to natural remedies.
