I started taking it to help me quit smoking, and it's definitely reduced my cravings, but the side effects have been a bit tough. I've had some strange dreams and trouble sleeping, but nothing too bad. I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this—what was your experience like? Did you have any serious side effects, or was it mostly minor stuff like me? Also, any tips on dealing with the side effects would be super helpful. I know it's supposed to make smoking less enjoyable, but I'm still struggling at times.
