I've been on Venlafaxine ER 150mg Tablets for about six months now, and I've had a mix of experiences. Initially, I struggled with some side effects like dizziness and trouble sleeping, but they've mostly subsided. The medication has definitely helped with my anxiety and depression. I take it once a day as prescribed, and it seems to work well for me. I've heard some people experience weight loss, but I haven't noticed that. Has anyone else had a different experience with this dosage? I'd love to hear some tips on managing side effects or just general advice from others who have been on this medication for a while.

I had to stop taking Venlafaxine because it gave me really bad constipation. Anyone else have this issue? What helped you?

Just started Venlafaxine ER 150mg. Feeling a bit worried about all the side effects. Anyone have tips on how to deal with them?

I felt so jittery and anxious when I first started taking it. My doctor switched me to a lower dose, and it helped a lot. Now I'm back up to 150mg and feeling much better. Just remember, it's okay to ask your doctor to adjust the dose if you're having a hard time.

I avoid dairy when I take this med because it can make the side effects worse. Tried it by accident and felt awful. Stick to the instructions and you'll be fine. Good luck!

I've been on Venlafaxine ER for a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my panic disorder. The extended-release formula means I only have to remember to take it once a day, which is a plus. However, I did experience some weird side effects like strange dreams and excessive sweating, but they went away after a few weeks. Stick with it if you can, it might take a bit to adjust.

I've been on this med for a while and it's helped a lot. But I noticed that my libido has taken a hit. Anyone else experience this? How do you cope?

Be careful with this med. I had a bad reaction to it. I ended up in the ER with symptoms of serotonin syndrome. It was terrifying. If you experience any strange symptoms, don't wait—get to a doctor right away.

Venlafaxine ER has been a lifesaver for my anxiety disorder. The only downside is the occasional headache, but it's worth it. Just make sure to follow the advice of your doctor carefully. I had a good experience because my doctor was very thorough.

I've noticed that Venlafaxine has helped with my depression, but it's made my anxiety worse. Anyone else experience this?
