Very excited to try Wesnate DHA Capsules! Thoughts?
I'm trying to conceive and am super excited to start taking Wesnate DHA Capsules. I've heard great things about the folic acid helping with brain and spine development, and the DHA for brain and eye growth. Does anyone else have any experience with these, or can share some tips on dosage or timing? Also, has anyone experienced any side effects? I've read the list, but I'd love to hear firsthand experiences. The constipation and stomach pain ones have me a bit worried. Thanks in advance!

I didn't have any side effects, but I did keep my doctor in the loop. Speaking of, can anyone suggest a good OB-GYN?
When I tried to conceive, I used these as well as taking vitamins with prenatal DHA. Taking them with food helped with the minor stomach issues, and it was totally worth it. I'm pretty sure they made the difference.
Just wanted to add that the change in stool color to green is completely normal, so don't freak out if that happens. It's just the iron!
Just make sure to store the bottle properly if you have pets. I accidentally left it out, and my dog ate a few. He was fine, but I called the vet just in case. It was nerve-wracking!
For me, the key was consistency. If you keep taking them regularly, the benefits really add up. I can't imagine going through pregnancy without them.
Just started these. Any tips on how to take them? Morning or evening? Can you just take them all at once or spread them out?
I had some constipation, which sucked, but nothing major. Over the counter stool softeners were helpful.
I took these during my last pregnancy and had a great experience! No side effects, and my baby's development was perfect.
I'm on my second round of prenatal vitamins and this is the second round of Wesnate. No side effects but I felt more prepared taking them. No kidney stones either. Miracle!
