Hello all, I recently started taking Verzenio 50mg tablets to manage my breast cancer, and I'm curious to know if anyone else has had experience with it. Verzenio blocks CDK4 and CDK6 proteins, which help cancer cells grow and divide. It has slowed down my cancer growth, but I've experienced some side effects like fatigue and hair thinning. I'd love to hear from anyone who has used it and can offer any advice. Ultimately, I want to know how you all have managed the side effects and if you've found any way to reduce them? And for those who don't know much about Verzenio, how does it compare with other breast cancer treatments?

I just started Verzenio and I'm already feeling the fatigue. How long did it take for others to start feeling better?

Can anyone recommend a good wig place? I'm losing my hair and want to be prepared. I don't want to look super fake, but I want something to cover my head. Also, I want to know if anyone has any tips for dealing with hair loss when you're struggling with other side effects. I've been feeling really down about it.

I've been on and off Verzenio for a year now. The side effects have been tough, but my oncologist has been great in managing them. I've also found support groups online to be incredibly helpful. Talking to others going through the same thing has given me so much strength. If you're struggling, definitely look into online support groups. It's a tough journey, but you're not alone.

Verzenio was a lifesaver for me. The side effects were tough, especially the hair loss, but knowing it was slowing down the cancer growth made it worth it. I found that regular exercise and a balanced diet helped with the fatigue. Plus, buying a good wig and experimenting with different styles made the hair loss a little less stressful. Just remember, every person's experience is different, so stay in touch with your doctor and don't hesitate to ask for help.

I've been on Verzenio for about 6 months now, and while the side effects were tough at first, they've become more manageable. I experience a lot of fatigue but using a weekly workout routine has been a game-changer. I've also been experimenting with my diet and found that eating smaller, more frequent meals has helped with nausea. Definitely talk to your doctor about possible dietary changes to reduce some side effects. You might not experience relief immediately, but it's worth a shot.

I switched to Verzenio after my first treatment didn't work out. The side effects were a challenge, but my doctor helped me manage them with some lifestyle changes and additional treatments. The biggest change for me was cutting back on processed foods and sugars, which has helped with my fatigue. I also started taking prescribed vitamins that have improved my overall well-being. I really believe that diet and lifestyle play a significant role in how well Verzenio works for you, even with the side effects.

Verzenio was tough, but so worth it. My cancer went from stage 3 to non-cancerous after 6 months. Biggest issue was fatigue and dehydration.

I found Verzenio to be a game-changer. The diet required to deal with the side effects was a real challenge, but I was able to find a recipe that works for me. It requires a lot of prep work, but if you're feeling up to it, it's a tasty way to manage your diet. Cooking relaxed me, and it was nice to do something while recovering. Make sure to ask your doctor about any dietary restrictions and start cooking early. The food is a great distraction and it can actually help with the side effects too.
