I've been on it for a year now. Tons of ups and downs but I feel like I have my life back. Don't give up, it's worth it.
Did anyone else get really bad diarrhea when they started? It was miserable, but it eventually went away. Just make sure to stay hydrated.

I had a really bad reaction to it and ended up in the hospital. I had low sodium levels and it was seriously scary. If you feel any weird symptoms, like trouble focusing or a headache, go to the ER.
Yoga and meditation helped me manage some of the side effects like anxiety and trouble sleeping when I first started taking it. It's worth a shot if you're struggling.
I was really scared of the side effects, especially the serotonin syndrome, but my doctor assured me that it's rare and just to be aware of the symptoms. It's been tough, but worth it! Be careful if you are taking other meds.
