Vincristine is a chemotherapy medication commonly used in cancer treatment. It is administered as an injection into a vein, typically once a week. While it stops cancer cells from dividing and growing, it comes with a range of side effects, some of which are severe and require immediate medical attention. Has anyone on here received Vincristine (1mg/ml Inj, 1ml) for their cancer treatment? What were your experiences with side effects and how did you manage them?

Oh man, Vincristine hit me hard. Constipation was a huge issue, had to be super careful with my diet and even had to take stool softeners. Also, my hair fell out in clumps. But at the end of the day, I was just glad it was working.

Dealing with any chemotherapy is tough, but Vincristine was surprisingly tough. The side effects were manageable, but they were hard to ignore, especially the fatigue. I felt wiped out for days after each treatment. But it's all worth it when you see the results in the scans.

I never had any major issues with Vincristine. Just a bit of hair loss and some stomach upset, but nothing I couldn't handle. I'm lucky that way. Hope everyone else is doing okay with it.

My mom went through Vincristine treatment and the doctors kept an eye on her liver and kidney issues. She had some severe stomach pain but it was managed with meds. Make sure to stay hydrated and talk to your doctor about any unusual symptoms.

I had Vincristine during my leukemia treatment. The nerve issues were the worst for me. My hands and feet felt like they were burning and numb at the same time. The neuropathy was manageable but really affected my daily activities.

If you're considering Vincristine or your doctor has you taking it, know that it's not all bad. Side effects can be tough, but don't let them get you down. You're fighting the good fight.

Constipation and numbness in hands and feet. Plus weak muscles. Felt like I was moving in slow motion at times. But I kept going because that's what you gotta do.

My doctor says these side effects are normal, I hope he knows what he's talking about. Fingers crossed!

I've been on Vincristine for a while now. The nausea was brutal, but thankfully my doctor gave me something to help with that. Make sure you communicate with your healthcare team about your symptoms, they can help you.
