I've been taking Vitamin B-12 1000mcg Tablets for the past three months, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. However, I've also experienced some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I've read about the potential serious side effects, but luckily, I haven't had any of those. Instead, I've had some dizziness, tiredness, and a few headaches. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar side effects and how they've managed them? Also, does anyone know if these side effects will go away over time? Additionally, I'd love to hear from anyone who has had more serious side effects and how they handled them. I want to ensure I'm taking this medication safely and effectively. Vitamin B12 is crucial for many bodily functions, and I want to make sure I'm doing everything right.

This is all made up by big pharma to make money off us. I've never felt better than when I wasn't taking any supplements. Give up on pills and go organic.

I've been taking B12 for a while now and I have had no side effects at all, good luck to all of you!

Have you tried sublingual B12 tablets? They dissolve under the tongue and can be more effective for some people. Might be worth a shot if you're experiencing side effects.

I love Vitamin B12 but I can't stand the taste. It's a struggle to swallow those pills sometimes. Anyone else having trouble with the taste?

I think it's important to remember that everyone's body reacts differently to supplements. If you're experiencing side effects, don't just stop taking them—talk to your doctor. They might be able to adjust your dose or suggest alternatives.

I've been on B12 supplements for years and never had any serious issues. Just make sure to stay hydrated and eat well—it helps with the side effects for me.
