I've recently started taking Vitamin B-12 250mcg tablets after my doctor recommended it for my low B12 levels. I've been experiencing some tiredness and weakness, and my doctor suggested this supplement to help prevent further nerve problems. I'm curious to hear from others who have been taking these tablets. What have been your experiences with them? Have you noticed any significant improvements in your energy levels or overall health? Additionally, I'm a bit concerned about the possible side effects. Has anyone else experienced any of the side effects listed, or even some that weren't mentioned? I'd really appreciate some insights and advice from those who have been through this. Thanks!

I took these tablets for a few months and noticed no change in my symptoms. I even experienced some dizziness and headaches. I stopped taking them and felt better. Maybe it's not the right choice for everyone.

If you're nervous, keep an eye out for any signs of allergic reactions, especially in the first few weeks. But don't panic, most people tolerate them well. Remember, the benefits of treating a B12 deficiency usually outweigh the risks of side effects.

I've been taking B12 tablets for about 6 months now. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels. My doctor also suggested B-complex supplements which have helped too. If you're experiencing side effects, consider talking to your doctor about trying a different form of B12, like shots or nasal sprays.

I've been on B12 supplements for a while now, and they've been a lifesaver. My energy levels have gone up, and I don't feel as weak as I used to. Just make sure to take them with food to avoid any stomach upset.

I tried the nasal spray and it was awful. The tablets are so much easier, even if they can cause a bit of stomach upset.

I just started these tablets last week. I feel a bit nervous about the side effects but also hopeful for improvements. Has anyone experienced any allergic reactions to these?

I'm curious, how long have you all been taking these tablets? I've only been on them for a week and haven't noticed any changes yet.

You might not notice changes for a few weeks. It can take time to build up the levels in your body, but stick with it. I'd rather take the tablets long term than have nerve issues later.

B12 deficiency can be tricky because it often mimics other conditions. Make sure you're getting enough B12 through diet and oral supplements, but if you have absorption issues, you might need shots. Consult your doctor before anything.
