Hello everyone, I've been taking Vitamin D3 50mcg tablets for a few months now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall health. However, I've also experienced some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I've read about the urgent side effects, but I want to know if anyone else has had similar experiences with less severe issues. For instance, I've had some mild stomach discomfort and occasional headaches. I'm curious to know if these are common or if I should be concerned. I started taking these a few months ago and noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. I used to feel so tired all the time, but now I feel much better. Just be careful with the dosage—too much can be harmful. I had a friend who got constipation and weakness, and she had to stop taking it for a while.

I experienced some hives and swelling when I first started. Scary stuff, but thankfully it stopped after I talked to the doctor and adjusted the dosage. If anyone else experiences it, don’t panic, but do get it checked out.

I've been dealing with some bone pain and weakness. Not sure if it's related to the Vitamin D3, but it's worth mentioning to your doctor. I'm thinking of switching to a lower dose and seeing if that helps.

I wish they taught us more about Vitamin D in school. It’s so crucial for health and everyone should be taking it. No wonder I was always feeling tired and weak before I took it!
