I've recently been prescribed Vizimpro 45mg Tablets to treat my non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutations. I'm hoping to connect with others who have taken this medication to share our experiences and concerns, particularly about the side effects. The urgent side effects list is frightening, and I'm curious if anyone else has had to deal with any of these or other issues. The possible side effects are extensive. What should I focus on and discuss with my doctor? How has this medication affected others and what strategies have they used to manage the side effects?

I've had trouble sleeping but that's about it. Maybe it's just because of my cancer anxiety. But I've found some relaxation techniques to help me get more sleep and rest easier. It's hard, but it helps.

Tired and weak is pretty common in the first few weeks. It gets better with time. Stay hydrated and rest up. You got this! Don't hesitate to reach out to your doctor if it gets worse.

I had some pretty bad diarrhea when I started, but my doctor adjusted the dose and prescribed some meds to help. It's better now, but it was a rough start. Stay in touch with your doctor, they can help you navigate these side effects.

The change in nails was so weird. They became brittle and started peeling off. I had to start using a nail hardener, and that really helped.
