I've been prescribed Vraylar 4.5mg Capsules for my bipolar disorder, and while it's been helpful in managing my symptoms, I've also experienced some unpleasant side effects. I've had issues with constipation, dizziness, and a bit of weight gain. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences and how they've managed them. Also, I'm curious about how long it took for others to adjust to this medication—did the side effects lessen over time? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I switched to Vraylar after another medication stopped working. Dizziness was the worst part for me. I had to take it slow and steady with the dosage. It definitely got better over time.

Vraylar is amazing. Best decision I ever made.

I felt really agitated and had trouble sleeping in the beginning. It was tough, but after a month, things got better. I noticed the side effects were most intense during nights. Be patient and give it some time.

Has anyone here tried any supplements or lifestyle changes to mitigate the side effects? I'm desperate to find something that helps with the dizziness and fatigue.

I've been on Vraylar for a year and started exercising regularly. The combination has been fantastic. It's hard to say if it's the medication, exercise, or both, but my mood has stabilized. I’m also on a strict diet which might help the weight gain.

I've had some unusual weight gain and strange taste in my mouth. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? Also, are there any specific foods that help with weight management while on this medication?

I've been on Vraylar for about six months now, and initially, I had some issues with dizziness and restlessness. But my doctor adjusted the dosage, and it's been much better. Weight gain has been a persistent issue, though. I've had to make some significant changes to my diet and exercise routine.

Vraylar has been a lifesaver for my schizophrenia. The first few weeks were tough with some dizziness and drowsiness, but it eventually went away. I'm grateful for the stability it's brought to my life.

I'm so glad I found this thread. I just started Vraylar and have been really worried about the side effects. The constipation has been brutal. Has anyone found any specific remedies or diets that help with that?

Be careful with this med. My friend had a really bad reaction and ended up in the hospital. Scary stuff.
