I recently started using Vtama 1% Cream for my plaque psoriasis and have seen some promising results, but I'm also a bit concerned about the potential side effects. Vtama is a non-steroidal medication that targets a specific pathway in the skin to reduce inflammation and help the skin cells return to normal, leading to clearer skin. The list of side effects is quite extensive and some can be pretty serious, like allergic reactions. I’m curious if anyone else has had experiences with this cream, especially with any side effects or anything they would like to add about what it has done for their psoriasis?

Vtama saved my life, no lie. I had severe psoriasis for years and tried everything. This was the first thing that actually worked. My skin is almost back to normal.

I had some weird flu-like symptoms after using it for a week. I stopped using it and they went away. Just something to be aware of.

Has anyone tried combining Vtama with UV light therapy? I'm thinking of giving that a shot if things don't improve with Vtama alone.

I used it for a few weeks and didn't see any improvement. Just a bunch of irritation and redness. I switched back to my old cream and it worked better.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a severe allergic reaction after the first application. Swelling, hives, the works. Had to go to the ER. Not worth the risk for me.

I've been using Vtama for about 3 months now, and it's been a lifesaver. My psoriasis patches have significantly reduced in size and redness. I did experience some itching and irritation at the application site initially, but it went away after a couple of weeks. It's worth the risk, in my opinion.

This might help with psoriasis, but the side effects scare me. I'm going to stick with my topical steroids for now.

Anyone tried this for other skin conditions? I have eczema and psoriasis and wondering if it could help with that as well?

Seriously, if you experience any severe symptoms, go to the ER. Don't mess around with this stuff. Better safe than sorry.
