I've been diagnosed with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) and recently started using Vyvgart Hytrulo. It seems to be helping with muscle weakness, but I have some concerns about the side effects, particularly the urgent ones. I’ve read that allergic reactions, infections, and abnormal sensations can occur, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced these and what their outcomes were. I'm also curious about how others handle the potential for infusion reactions. Have any of you had any serious issues or found ways to mitigate the risks? Also, the medication needs to be administered as a shot under the skin by a healthcare professional, which can be inconvenient. I would appreciate some advice on managing this aspect of treatment.

I really hope the side effects are worth the benefits. I'm curious, do you think that the intended effects of Vyvgart make up for the potential side effects? I'm having trouble balancing the two in my mind

Vyvgart is a game-changer. I can now do things I couldn't before without feeling exhausted. The injection is quick and easy once you get used to it. Just make sure to stay hydrated and take it easy the next day.

I'm worried about the long-term effects of Vyvgart. Has anyone been on it for more than a year? I want to know if there are any delayed side effects or if it loses efficacy over time. I don't want to be stuck with this needle forever.

This medicine is a lifesaver, but the side effects can be scary. I had a bad allergic reaction after my first dose and ended up in the ER. The docs said it was rare but possible. Always keep your epi-pen handy

I'm new to this and have been doing some research on Vyvgart. It looks like the side effects can vary a lot. Has anyone found any non-pharmaceutical remedies to deal with the common cold symptoms and muscle pain?

A lot of the reported side effects are serious. I've noticed a lot of people reporting serious side effects. Have you had any of these? I'm scared to even start taking it, honestly.

I've had a couple of UTsI, my doctor says that's not common but may be related. Have any of you had similar problems? If anyone has had similar problems, what did you do to manage it?

If anyone is experiencing severe side effects, please don't hesitate to reach out to your healthcare provider. Safety first!
