I've had to be super strict with my diet, but it's worth it to stay in the safe INR range. No more random salads or sudden changes in eating habits. The most annoying part for me are the frequent blood tests though.
Pfft, you guys are whining about a little bruising? Warfarin is a lifesaver. Without it, I might not be here to complain. Be glad you're alive and healthy enough to worry about side effects.
