I've been on Warfarin for about a year now after having a blood clot. It's been a journey, to say the least. I take 10mg tablets daily, and my INR levels have been stable, thank goodness. But I've had some side effects that I didn't expect, like bruising easily and some minor gum bleeding. I've had to be super careful with my diet too, avoiding foods high in Vitamin K. I also had a scare when I started feeling really dizzy, but turns out it was just a mild reaction. My doctor had me monitored closely for a bit. I'm sharing this to warn others: blood thinners are no joke. I also had to deal with a lot of anxiety about the risk of internal bleeding, but regular check-ins with my doctor have helped. I just wish I had known more about the dietary restrictions before I started. Anyone else have tips for managing Warfarin?

Does anyone else find it annoying how many foods you have to avoid? I miss kale! But I get it, consistency is key for this med.

I've had some scares with bruising and nosebleeds. But my doctor was great and adjusted my dose. Regular check-ups are a lifesaver.

I've had kidney issues and Warfarin was a no-go for me. My doctor switched me to something else. Be careful out there, everyone.

I had to stop taking it because of the skin necrosis risk. It was terrifying. Definitely something to be aware of.

Avoiding blood thinners is worth it to me. I'm opting for natural supplements instead. I'd rather not risk the bleeding.

I've been on Warfarin for 5 years now, and honestly, it's been a game-changer for me. But I totally agree with the diet changes being a pain. I have to avoid so many foods that I used to love!

I had a bad experience with severe headaches and dizziness. Turned out I was taking too high a dose. Always check your INR levels, folks. They save lives!

My grandmother has been on Warfarin for years and she always says, 'Just be careful and never miss a dose.' Consistency is key, she says.

I just started Warfarin last month and I'm already feeling so anxious. The bleeding risks are scary, but my doctor keeps assuring me that with regular INR tests, I'll be fine. I'm trying to stay positive.

I'm on a lower dose, 5mg, but I still have to be very careful. Blood thinners are serious business! Just make sure to listen to your doctor.
