I started using Nystex Cream 30gm for a persistent diaper rash on my baby. The label says it's an antifungal and should stop yeast growth, but I noticed some unusual symptoms. While I'm not sure if they are directly related to the cream, it's making me wonder if anyone else has faced similar issues. The side effects listed are scary, and I've had a bit of itching, which makes me worried about the rash getting worse. It's important to note that I should be aware of any signs of an allergic reaction. Should I consult a doctor, or is there a chance it's just my baby's skin reacting to a new cream? I've also not heard anyone else talking about potential reactions to this commonly prescribed cream.

I had the same problem. My doctor said it was not uncommon and told me to switch to a different brand. Also get into some diet changes cause yeast infections can be an outcome of your diet. If you experience any signs of allergic reactions, contact your doctor or seek medical help right away. That's important, though.

Make sure you're not allergic to anything in the cream. If you're unsure of ingredients, ask your pharmacist to check for any allergic reactions or side effects. I was having the same problem but it went away after some time. Ingredients can cause issues if you're allergic to something.

Hey don't worry I had the same problem, When my baby was little it was like that but it went away after some time. I would also advise you to speak to a doctor if it stays on for long.

Cream for yeast infection: Stop the Growth of the Yeast. I'm a doctor and I can tell you that this isn't unheard of. Antifungal creams can sometimes cause rashes and irritation. If it's getting worse, stop using it immediately, Bath the problem area in calamine lotion, and use Nystex cream again after a few days to see if it returns. Also, please report any dangerous symptoms to the FDA. Everyone has to be aware of the nasty side effects that can come with yeast infections.
