I've been taking Tab-A-vite With Iron Tablets for a few months now, and while I've noticed some improvements in my energy levels, I've also experienced some concerning side effects. I've read about the possible side effects, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there are ways to mitigate these issues? The urgent side effects really have me worried, especially the black, tarry, or bloody stools, fever, and vomiting blood. Has anyone had to seek medical attention while taking this supplement? Also, what can be done about common side effects like upset stomach, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation? I'm looking for tips on how to manage these issues. I want to continue taking this supplement for its benefits, but I'm really concerned about these side effects. What should I do? Please share your experiences and recommendations.

I had some iron supplements that had black stools with blood and it was scary. I called my doctor and they told me that it can happen and to stop taking them right away. I had to go back on regular pills. It's important to listen to your body.

I've been taking these for a while and haven't had any major issues. But I did notice some constipation at first. Make sure to stay hydrated and increase your fiber intake, and it should help!

I've been on these iron tablets for a while and I think they’re great. I haven’t had any of the side effects mentioned but I do start off slow with any supplements to make sure my body can tolerate them.

I tried Tab-A-vite because my doctor recommended it for my iron deficiency. It was the best decision—my energy levels are up and I haven’t noticed any side effects.

Seriously, if you experience any of the urgent side effects, go to the ER. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital because they ignored the symptoms and it turned out to be a serious issue. Don't take chances with your health.
