I just started using Wezlana 45mg/0.5ml Pf Syr for my psoriasis, and I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. My doctor explained that it blocks IL-12 and IL-23, which helps reduce inflammation. I've had some mild side effects so far, like fatigue and a bit of swelling at the injection site, but I'm hoping it will be worth it in the long run. Has anyone else had a different experience in the side-effects department or a hard time getting the hang of the injection? Maybe we can share tips and support each other. The upvotes would be much appreciated

Be careful with this stuff, my friend ended up with a severe allergic reaction and had to go to the ER. It was terrifying. Make sure you know the signs and have a plan if something goes wrong.

I've been on Wezlana for about six months now, and it's been a game-changer for my Crohn's disease. The injection is pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it, but I did have some muscle aches at first. Stick with it, you might find it helps a lot

Anyone else feel like they're constantly sick since starting this? I've had a nasty cold that just won't go away. Hoping it's just a coincidence.

I've been on Wezlana for a while now and it's been fantastic for my ulcerative colitis. I had some weird vision changes at first that freaked me out but my doctor said it was just a side effect. It went away after a few weeks. Just try to stay positive and talk to your doctor about any issues.

I'm on my second week of Wezlana and so far, so good. I've had a bit of a headache and some stomach issues, but nothing too bad. Just make sure to drink lots of water and eat well—it helped me.

I wish I could get Wezlana, my insurance won't cover it though. Anyone else had issues with insurance coverage? It's so frustrating wanting this to get better and not being able to afford it.

I'm only on my second week of injections and I can already feel a difference in my psoriasis. I had a slight rash at the injection site but it went away. I'm just hoping that any potential side effects don't show up.

I've never heard of this medication before, but it sounds like it could be helpful for my psoriasis. Are there any tricks to making the injections less painful? Does it sting more when you first start using it?

I had some weird skin lumps and discoloration after starting Wezlana. Turned out to be a minor skin infection, but it was still scary. Make sure to keep an eye out for anything unusual.
