I've been using Wezlana 45mg/0.5ml Sdv Inj, 0.5ml for a few months now to manage my psoriatic arthritis. Overall, it's been a game-changer in reducing inflammation, but I've also had some side effects. I've been dealing with some fatigue and mild headaches, but nothing too severe yet. I'm curious to hear from others who have been using this medication. Has anyone experienced any of the really scary side effects listed, like PRES or severe infections? Those warnings are a bit frightening! How do you guys handle the injections? I've been switching up spots and it's been manageable. Also, how long did it take for you to see improvements? I'm feeling a bit impatient.

I had a severe allergic reaction to the first injection and had to stop using it. I wish I had known about this medication better before starting. The warning signs for severe reactions are very real.

I've been on Wezlana for a year now, and it's been a lifesaver for my psoriasis. Just make sure to stay in touch with your doctor and report any side effects, no matter how small.

Does anyone know how long the injection stays in your system? I've had a few days where I really regret injecting on Friday and being out of commission on Saturday. I feel like it's exacerbated by how much I am on my feet at work.

I've been on Wezlana for about six months now, and while it's helped with my Crohn's, the injection sites can get pretty irritated. I've found that using a numbing cream before injecting helps a lot. Has anyone else tried that?

This drug really changed my life. I've been struggling with PsA and Crohn's for years, and this is the first thing that's given me some relief. I've had joint pain, but nothing too crazy. I had some mouth sores and told my doctor immediately. She checked it out and it was nothing.
