I've been prescribed Lorazepam 0.5mg Tablets for anxiety and trouble sleeping. I'm curious to know more about the potential side effects and how others have experienced this medication. Has anyone else taken this and what was your experience? I'm particularly interested in knowing about the more severe side effects and under what circumstances they might occur. Additionally, the impact on my ability to drive or operate machinery has me a bit concerned; any tips there? Are there any particular foods or activities that I should be cautious of while taking this med?

I've taken Lorazepam for a couple of years and it's helped me manage my anxiety. I've never experienced hallucinations, but I do feel drowsy and a bit spaced out. The worst part is the hangover the next day, but it's worth it to have a night of decent sleep. Hope that helps!

I had a really bad reaction to Lorazepam. I started having hallucinations and felt extremely confused. It was terrifying. Had to stop taking it immediately.

I'm a bit worried about the more severe side effects like hallucinations and changes in mood. Has anyone experienced anything like that?

I've found that taking Lorazepam as soon as I get home from work helps me relax and sleep better. It's also reduced my anxiety significantly. But yeah, avoid alcohol – it can be dangerous. Good luck with your treatment!

I tried Lorazepam and it wasn't for me. I felt too drowsy and it made me feel like I was in a daze all day. But everyone is different. It might work for you, but it's worth trying to see.
