I always get headaches when I take antibiotics. It happened with Levofloxacin too. I just take some Tylenol and it goes away.

I never had problems with Levofloxacin but my dad did. He got a rash and itching that was pretty severe. We had to go to the ER because it was an allergic reaction. Luckily, he's fine now, but it was scary at the time.

Just a heads up, Levofloxacin can also cause photosensitivity. I got a bad sunburn after being outside for just a short while. It was a painful reminder to wear sunscreen and stay indoors if possible.

I was prescribed Levofloxacin for a bad case of bronchitis and ended up with really bad diarrhea. Turns out it was C. diff, which is scary stuff. Make sure to finish the entire course even if you feel better, but keep an eye out for serious side effects.
