I've recently been prescribed Adempas 2.5mg Tablets for my pulmonary hypertension and I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. This drug is supposed to help by relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs, which makes it easier for blood to flow and reduces the strain on your heart. This should improve your ability to exercise and your overall symptoms. However, I'm a bit concerned about the side effects, especially the serious ones. I want to know if anyone has had to deal with them. Also, how has your experience been overall? Has it improved your condition? Do you find the side effects manageable? I can't find much online about long-term use so I'd love to hear about everyone's journey. Thank you!

I experienced some really bad swelling in my legs and arms, but my doctor adjusted my dose and it got better. It's important to communicate with your healthcare provider if you notice anything unusual. The side effects aren't fun, but the improvement in my condition is worth it.

Adempas has been a lifesaver for me, but it took some trial and error with the dosage to get it right. My doctor started me on a lower dose and gradually increased it to find the right balance. Now I feel like a new person. Just make sure to stay in close contact with your healthcare provider. They need to monitor you carefully.

I've been on Adempas for about six months now, and it's been a game-changer for my exercise capacity. I used to get winded just walking up a flight of stairs, but now I can actually do some light jogging. My symptoms improved like the doctor said they would.

I had no idea this was an option. Doctors kept throwing pills at me, but this never came up. Maybe I should ask about it!

Headaches were my biggest issue. Initially, I thought I was going to have to stop taking it, but my doctor recommended some over-the-counter remedies that really helped. The relief from my pulmonary hypertension symptoms has been worth dealing with the side effects.
