Does anyone else feel extremely dizzy when they take Altace? I've had to be careful walking around the house, and it's really limiting my ability to do things. It's only been a week, but I hope it gets better. I’ve tried getting up slowly, but it’s still tough. Maybe it will get better soon.

I had a persistent cough that I believed to be a result of my Altace. The prescription was changed to something else, and the cough disappeared. It's worth a shot to try it and see how you feel.

My mom was slightly worried but she's been doing well on it. She has to go for regular checkups and keep hydrated, but otherwise, it’s been smooth sailing. The doctor said it should help with the risk of a heart attack, and she is relieved.

I started experiencing severe stomach pain and nausea just a few days after I began taking Altace. I had to go to the ER. I can't really say if that was a side effect, but either way, I'm off this medication and seeing what else my doctor can do. I'm not sure what the alternative could be, but it was really scary. Please be careful.
