What are your experiences with Emend 80mg/125mg Caps Tri-Pack for chemotherapy-related nausea?
Emend 80mg/125mg Caps Tri-Pack, also known as aprepitant, is a medication frequently prescribed to prevent nausea and vomiting, particularly for those undergoing chemotherapy or surgery. It works by blocking certain natural substances in the brain that cause these symptoms. I've been prescribed this medication and want to hear from others about their experiences. Have you taken Emend? How effective was it for you? Did you experience any side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? Any tips or advice for those about to start this medication would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you have any questions about the urgent side effects or other possible side effects, let's discuss them here. Let's share our stories and support each other!

I had a terrible reaction to Emend. Got dehydration and severe skin reactions, Yeah. Had to go to the ER.
I've taken Emend and it was a lifesaver during my chemo sessions. No nausea at all, but I did get some mild dizziness. Doctor said it was normal.
My mom is on Emend right now. She's had no issues so far. Knock on wood.
Emend was a game-changer for me. No more puking my guts out after chemo.
I took it after surgery and it worked well, but I had awful hiccups. It was so embarrassing.
I think the side effects are pretty manageable. Just drink lots of water and rest.
