Urea lotion is a moisturizer that helps soften and hydrate dry, rough, or scaly skin. It works by attracting water to the skin and helping to loosen dead skin cells, making your skin feel smoother. This can be a very useful lotion for those suffering from dry skin. However, rare but severe side effects can occur. For those who use this lotion, let's discuss how it works for you and if you've experienced any side effects.

Does anyone know if it's safe to use on the face? I have really dry skin on my cheeks and forehead. I want to make sure it won't cause breakouts or irritation.

This lotion has been a lifesaver for my dry skin, especially during winter. I use it on my hands and feet and it's made my skin feel so soft again. The only downside is that sometimes it causes a temporary burning sensation, but it goes away in a few minutes.

I found that using a thin layer and letting it absorb completely before putting on clothes or socks makes it more effective. I've been using it for years and can't imagine going back to regular lotion.

This stuff is a bit pricy but works wonders. I've found that applying it before bed and wearing cotton socks overnight helps lock in the moisture, I'm always careful to pat dry before applying, though - it helps absorb better.

I've been using it on my legs and it's helped a lot with the dryness and scaling. I am worried about side effects but it's been going well so far
