Erlotinib 150mg Tablets are a treatment option for certain types of lung cancer and pancreatic cancer. They work by blocking the EGFR protein, which helps to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. While this medication can be effective, it also comes with a range of side effects, some of which are quite serious. I'm curious to hear from anyone who has experience with Erlotinib. What was your experience like? Did you encounter any significant side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? How did your doctor monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan if necessary? Did you experience any long-term effects, and what advice would you give to someone starting this treatment? I'd love to hear both the positive and negative aspects of this medication. What have your interactions with healthcare providers been like, and how were they on board with any difficulties you faced?

This medication saved my life, but it was a rough journey. At first, I had trouble watching my weight drop, but I had to face the fact that it was a side effect of the drug. My doctor and I worked together to manage my symptoms and adjust the dose as needed. The fatigue was intense, but I found that regular exercise and a healthy diet helped a lot.

I had a lot of diarhea, for sure. But not too big a deal -- I just had to manage it. Not like I was going to die or anything. I did find it improved with some changes in diet and staying hydrated.

I'm on my third month of Erlotinib, and so far, so good. No major side effects, just some mild itching and occasional mouth sores. My doctor has been really supportive and keeps a close eye on my liver and kidney function.

I've never had any serious side effects in the past but I was thinking about getting into Erlotinib. Is it really something to worry about or is it just a cry from some people?

I started taking Erlotinib a few months ago. The worst part was the diarrhea and stomach upset, but my doctor prescribed some meds to help with that. I also experienced some dry skin and changes in my nails, but it was manageable.

When I was on Erlotinib, I made sure to keep in close communication with my healthcare team. I had regular check-ups and blood tests to monitor my liver and kidney function, as well as other potential side effects. They were really supportive and helpful, and I think that made all the difference in managing my treatment.
