I've recently been prescribed Intelence (etravirine) 25mg tablets as part of my HIV-1 treatment regimen. I've been doing some research, and I understand it's a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) that helps reduce the amount of virus in my body. However, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'd appreciate any insights or advice on managing side effects and what to expect overall. Thanks!

Intelence worked well for me, but I had to be really careful with my liver function. Make sure to get regular check-ups and monitor your liver enzymes. Also, be aware of the signs of liver problems—they can sneak up on you.

Paired it with some other meds, and it did a good job. The main challenge is sticking to the routine—taking it with food helps with any stomach issues.

I've been on Intelence for a year now, and while it's managed my viral load well, I've had some issues with changes in body fat. It's frustrating, but my doctor says it's a known side effect. Just something to keep an eye on.

This side effects list is scary, but honestly, I didn't have any issues beyond mild diarrhea. Everyone's different, so just stay vigilant and talk to your doctor.

I was on Intelence for a while and it was pretty effective. But yeah, the side effects can be tough. I had some mild skin rashes and dizziness, but nothing too severe. Make sure to stay in close contact with your doctor, and report any unusual symptoms right away.

Intelence can really mess with your mood, too. Just be prepared for that emotional roller coaster on top of everything else.

Has anyone else had issues with severe dizziness? I've had a couple of fainting spells, and it's been really scary.

Git rid of those side effects with a trip to the hospital, or better yet, get a second opinion

I had a really bad skin reaction to this drug. It was scary, and I had to stop taking it immediately. If you notice any severe skin reactions, like blistering or peeling, get to a doctor right away.

I took this drug for a few months before switching to something else. The side effects were manageable, but the thing that bothered me the most was the severe fatigue. It was so bad that it affected my daily routine and work. Consult your doctor about it.
