Breo Ellipta 50-25mcg Oral Inh (30) is a combination inhaler with fluticasone and vilanterol, designed to manage asthma and COPD by reducing inflammation and opening airways. Daily use can prevent symptoms like wheezing and shortness of breath, but it's crucial to understand its potential side effects and proper use. This medication is not for sudden breathing problems; always have a rescue inhaler on hand. The side effects range from mild to severe, with some being life-threatening. I've been taking it for a while and have had a few questions and concerns. Anyone else have experiences to share?

I'm on my third inhaler and so far, so good. My doctor actually recommended not using it for sudden problems. It's just for maintenance. Always have a rescue inhaler on hand. You know, just in case.

I had no idea that this inhaler could cause such severe side effects. I started experiencing some weird symptoms, contacted my doctor, and it turned out I was having an allergic reaction. It was scary, but I'm glad I got help in time.

I really wish the packaging came with a clear explanation of all the side effects. I had to look them up on my own, and it would have been much easier if everything was clearly explained.

Don't forget to clean your inhaler regularly! It can get clogged, and that can make it less effective. I clean mine once a week, and it's made a big difference.

I've been on Breo Ellipta for a few months now, and it's been a lifesaver for managing my asthma. Just make sure you take it as prescribed and don't miss doses. I had some mouth irritation at first but using a spacer helped a lot.

I started noticing shakiness and tremors after using Breo Ellipta. I thought it was just me, but my doctor said it could be related to the medication. It turned out to be a mild side effect, and my doctor adjusted the medication.

Has anyone else had issues with the taste? It's not terrible, especially since it helps with breathing, but it's still noticeable.
